Rentatee is replacing the fragmented mess of tools that property managers, developers, owners, and tenants have been stitching together for years. One platform. Every part of the leasing lifecycle, from listing to lease signing, rent collection to reporting, in one place. The product was solid. The website needed to catch up.
The Challenge
WordPress was the foundation, and WordPress was the problem.
Slow load times. Technical SEO issues baked into the structure. A design that didn't match the ambition of the product it was representing. And underneath all of it, a spam problem that was quietly poisoning the funnel. Unqualified leads flooding HubSpot, cluttering the pipeline, wasting the team's time. No way to tell signal from noise.
The conversion funnel wasn't doing its job either. The wrong people were getting through to the booking page. The right people weren't being nurtured. And without proper lead tracking and analytics in place, nobody could see any of it clearly enough to fix it.

The Solution
We migrated the entire site from WordPress to Webflow, and used the move as an opportunity to fix everything that had been broken underneath.
The design got a full refresh. Cleaner, sharper, more aligned with what Rentatee actually is, a serious, modern SaaS product that property professionals can trust. The visual identity stepped up to match the product underneath it.
The technical foundation got rebuilt properly. SEO best practices implemented from the ground up. Page speed optimised. Everything structured the way it should have been from day one.
Then we tackled the funnel. Spam filters integrated and connected to HubSpot, so the team stopped waking up to inboxes full of noise. Lead qualification logic built into the flow, so only the right people get through to the demo booking page. The funnel now does the filtering that the team was doing manually.
We set up lead nurturing infrastructure too, the full system behind the newsletter, automated sequences, lead tracking, so Rentatee could build relationships with prospects who weren't ready to book yet without lifting a finger.
And for the first time, everything is properly tracked. Every lead, every touchpoint, every conversion, visible, measurable, and actionable.
