Punch! didn't have a website problem. They had a market problem.
Back home in the UK, the brand did the heavy lifting. Strong reputation, strong relationships, strong results. The website didn't need to work that hard because the name already did. But the US is a different game. No brand equity to lean on. No warm market to fall back on. Just a website that had to earn attention, and wasn't doing it.

The Challenge
The foundation was there. A previous agency had done solid work, a design system, a Webflow build, the structural bones of a good website. But solid bones don't convert cold traffic in a new market.
The problems ran deeper than design. The Webflow setup had technical SEO issues that were quietly killing discoverability. The analytics and tracking weren't configured correctly, meaning nobody actually knew what was working and what wasn't. The conversion funnel had drop-off points that hadn't been identified, let alone fixed. And the brand direction had drifted toward the kind of polished, AI-generated aesthetic that looks impressive but feels distant. For a sales agency built on human relationships, that was exactly the wrong message.
The US market doesn't respond to cold and corporate. It responds to real.
The Solution
We started with the audit. Every technical SEO issue surfaced, documented, and fixed. The Webflow setup cleaned up and rebuilt properly. And for the first time, analytics and tracking configured correctly, so the team could actually see what was happening and make decisions based on real data.
Then we went to work on the conversion funnel. We mapped the drop-off points across the site, identified exactly where potential customers were losing interest or losing their way, and redesigned those components from the ground up. Not a full redesign, but close. Every weak component rebuilt. New components added. The design system that had been started by the previous agency extended into something larger, more complete, and more capable of scaling.
The brand direction shifted too. Away from the cold, AI-polished aesthetic and back toward something human. Warmer photography. More personal copy. A design that felt like it was written and built by people who actually understand sales, because it was. The kind of website that a buyer lands on and immediately thinks: these people get it.
The Results
